windshield washer fluid reservoir

chancer 1 posts  (9.1%)	Written 2009-03-14 20:16:40 (544 days) I just bought an amazingly beautiful 1991 Nissan ZX 300, right hand drive! It is in almost perfect condition, having been very well taken care of by the previous owners. I'm doing some minor maintenance before I start driving too much, oil change, tune-up, nothing much. It's been sitting for a few months, so I thought it would be a good idea to freshen it up. My biggest problem is that I cannot find the windshield washer fluid reservoir. I konw it's there someplace because the snow's been melting and I have used the washers. When I took the car in to a specialized import car mechanic for the tune-up, I asked him to look for it and even he couldn't find it. Apparently it is supposed to be under the hood, close to the front, but it isn't anywhere to be found. My thoughts are that it is underneath someplace, maybe close to the drivers side? The hoses are of course, under the hood, right close to the window, but they lead down and I can't see anything from there. The motor pretty much fills up the whole area, so it's very difficult to see anything below. Any ideas? Thanks for your help!	Reply
